What to rent first
One Tech intern shift is ₦9,900. Yaba rent is ₦6,000, so the week still leaves money for food and a keke. Lekki rent is ₦17,000 and the start pile is ₦104,000. Ikoyi is ₦250,000 a week. Skip that until a top rank is steady. The Lekki landlord route writes the order down: solar, then transport, then a dearer house.
